The BECA Foundation is pleased to present CURATE THIS! 2010 – DENVER. The international exhibition is one of the most exciting events and opportunities slated for the summer of 2010 for both emerging artists + designers and exhibiting venues as well as for the participating public – those on the ground in Denver and online around the world. Held in conjunction with the Denver Biennial of the Americas, this second installment of CURATE THIS! will take place city-wide throughout Denver, CO, USA from July 1 – August 12, 2010.
An International Public Vote Award of $10,000 will be awarded to the one artist, designer, duo, group or collective who receives the highest number of public votes. A Curator’s Choice Award of $2,500 will be awarded to one artist, designer, duo, group or collective. The third award will be a Green Award of $2,500 awarded to one artist and designer, duo, group or collective for the most ecologically intelligent work of art or design. The top 15 public vote receiving artists and designers will have their CURATE THIS! 2010 – DENVER exhibited work published in the 2010 edition of the publication, ‘CURATE THIS!’.
