Barrett Clay Works will be hosting the 2nd annual National Cup Show juried by prominent local artist Ayumi Horie who has made a name for herself in the world of contemporary ceramics. The event will be taking place on Saturday September 4th 2010 in the 485 gallery located at Barrett Clay Works. This event helps to promote contemporary ceramic artists locally and nationally to celebrate the creativity and endless interpretations of the simple form; a cup. Application Deadline is June 25th, 2010 with late applications accepted until July 1st, 2010. This exhibition is open to residents of the 50 United States and DC. Submitted work should be produced after 2008. Size may not exceed 8 inches in any dimension. Weight may not to exceed 10lbs.
